Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 working hours, subject to product availability.

Delivery Timeline

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on the delivery location and external factors such as public holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
In rare instances, delivery may take up to 14 days due to product availability or logistical constraints.
Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir and North East India may require up to 10 working days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with your registered email address.
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@devarostudio.com.

Shipping Partners

We partner with trusted courier services, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express, selected based on your delivery pincode to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Delivered but Not Received

In the rare event that tracking details indicate a successful delivery but you have not received your order, please note that packages are often received by family members, neighbours, or office mailrooms.

If the order is genuinely not received, please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
We will promptly raise an investigation with our courier partner. The verification process may take up to 10 working days.
Upon successful verification, a full refund will be issued.
Requests reported after the specified timeframe may limit our ability to assist, and Devaro Studio will not be liable for losses beyond this period.
